While we teach our installers to take all necessary precautions to protect your home, things can still happen that are out of our control. No matter how careful you are, a sudden gust of wind can change things in a hurry.
So, the day before installation day, we recommend that you do the following:
- Clear the perimeter of your home of all debris, equipment, and tripping hazards like bikes or toys.
- Prepare a spot where the supplies can be placed without harming your property
- If loud noises disturb your pets, find them a place to stay for the duration of the project.
On the morning of and throughout installation day, you should:
- Move any vehicles in your driveway to the street or into your garage. (remember those wind gusts?)
- Remind your children not to stray into the work area. (Keeping them inside is always best)
- Secure any remaining pets, keeping them inside your home while installers are present.
This handful of precautions, plus the added precautions our installers take before they start installing the product, will make for a smooth and uneventful installation process.
Each gutter product will come with its own level of warranty, which we will discuss with you once you’ve chosen your gutter type and material. We also offer every homeowner we partner with to complete a project our 10-year Workmanship Warranty. We will make it right if any part of our installation process causes a problem in the first ten years after project completion.
